| Greg has a dual qualification having been admitted as an attorney to the High Court of South Africa and as a solicitor in England and Wales. |
| In particular, Greg has experience of all aspects of corporate and corporate finance work for private and public companies including acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity transactions, reverse takeovers, AIM listings, joint ventures, shareholder issues, capital reductions and buy-backs. |
| Greg has spent a large proportion of his career in Manchester, having operated in that market since 1997. Over the years he has represented clients across a broad range of industry sectors including insurance, catering, engineering, financial services, health, leisure, manufacturing and mining and also has experience of cross-border transactions. He has handled a number of high profile IPOs, buy-outs and general M&A transactions. |
Outside of law, Greg, who is married with young children, enjoys football and golf.
