Ian qualified with and became a partner in the firm of Grovers. When that firm merged with Shammah Nicholls in October 2005 he joined us as a consultant. |
| Ian started his life in the law as a criminal practitioner. As that field became less rewarding he decided to concentrate on property law and continues in that speciality today, acting for developers and individual investors in all its aspects. |
| Ian also advises on licensing law for both liquor licensees and casino operators, having obtained for his Stockport clients the only 24 hour licenses granted at the outset of the new licensing regime. |
| Ian’s outside interests concentrate on his family and keeping fit by fell running. |
