Leanne Ryder |
| Leanne is a partner in our litigation team. Having completed her training at Shammah Nicholls, she qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and accepted partnership in September 2007. Leanne regularly advises and acts on behalf of clients, both individuals and companies, in high value, complex litigation in the High Court. Specialising in commercial, civil and insolvency litigation, Leanne is particularly involved in: |
- Advising and acting on behalf of IPs in bankruptcy and insolvency matters including investigation of assets and the use of injunctive proceedings to protect Creditors
- Professional negligence claims against valuers and solicitors
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation

| More recently, Leanne has also acted for sports agents in disputes with Premiership and Championship clubs. |
| Outside of the office, Leanne has developed a good sense of humour having been a Manchester City fan and season ticket holder for longer than she cares to remember! Leanne also enjoys playing golf, skiing, the great outdoors and socialising with friends. |
