| Mark is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Property Department, having previously worked at a City firm in London and been a partner at a large regional practice in Manchester. |
| He specialises in commercial property and property finance work. His clients have included national retailers, hotels, building contractors, property developers and financial institutions. |
| Mark has been involved in a number of high profile transactions including the leasing of the largest single warehouse and distribution centre in the UK in 2004/5 and the development of a PGA championship golf course for a major hotel chain. |
| The firm’s Commercial Property Department appreciates that the property holdings of businesses and individuals represent a significant portion of their assets.
