Mark joined Shammah Nicholls in 2002, having previously been a partner in a major city centre practice for many years. |
Mark specialises in all areas of litigation with a particular emphasis on insolvency and professional negligence. In the last 12 months Mark has been involved in a number of high profile high value negligence matters. |
| He has also been involved in substantial litigation involving the contractual agreements of some of the country’s major brewers and substantial important litigation involving a landlord and tenant in connection with a tied lease. |
| Mark regularly acts for a number of well-established insolvency practitioners in all areas of contentious insolvency law. |
| Outside of work Mark is a keen cyclist and golfer. He is also a director of a local non-league football club, Hyde United. He is married with two young children who ensure he has no other spare time. |
