Shammah Nicholls advises on the £17.5 million disposal of Bredbury Hall Hotel and Country Club, Cheshire's long established banquet/conference hotel venue. |
The transaction involved the sale of First House Leisure Group Limited, which owns the Bredbury Hall Hotel and Country Club, a family run independent hotel set in the beautiful Goyt Valley. The Shammah Nicholls’ team was led by partner Thomas Jones.
