| Following a momentous year in the firm’s history combining record growth and profits within the firm, the stature of Shammah Nicholls has taken a further leap forward following the conversion of the partnership to LLP status. This co-incides with the appointment of Mark Dennis as Senior Partner, with Joe Shammah continuing as Managing Partner, and follows recent lateral partner hires of Joe Johnston (property), Greg Sher (corporate) and Stephen Hadlow (corporate) and the internal promotion to partner of Leanne Ryder (litigation and insolvency & corporate recovery). This takes the overall number of partners in the firm into double figures.
Joe has joined from Linder Myers and each of Greg and Stephen moved from Beachcroft LLP to establish a full service and capability corporate department within the practice. Leanne started at the firm as a trainee and her advancement shows the firms commitment to retaining talent within the firm.
The conversion to LLP status and the separate appointments of Senior and Managing Partners are integral parts of the firm’s continuing growth and development plans.
Said Mark Dennis: “Whilst conversion in no way affects the services provided to our clients, it now creates the right business structure to take Shammah Nicholls forward”. |
