Shammah Nicholls’ corporate partner Stephen Hadlow advised the vendors of Odyssey Interactive Limited on the disposal of the company to AIM listed Hasgrove PLC, a pan European marketing and communications group.
Odyssey Interactive is an independent north west based supplier of intranet solutions based on its own product, Interact. The company was started in 1996 by university graduate Johnathan Briggs, and, with the arrival of Nigel Danson has grown significantly in recent years due to its focus on providing intranet solutions. Odyssey’s clients include the NHS, HMV, ADT, Carlisle group and Calor. It also has many public sector clients and is particularly strong in the Housing Association market. Johnathan and Nigel are both remaining as directors of the company.
