Shammah Nicholls acted for a major pension fund client of the firm on the sale of Regent Trading Estate to Salford City Council for an undisclosed sum. The transaction involved a complicated title with numerous occupational leases, and had to be completed within a tight time frame due to the Council's financial year end requirements.
