Peter Crewe |
| Peter is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation Department, having joined Shammah Nicholls as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2003. |
| Peter regularly advises and acts for a number of secured lenders, owner-managed businesses, high net-worth individuals and a major national brewery in a wide variety of matters, including the following: |
- High-value professional negligence and breach of trust claims against valuers and solicitors;
- Contractual disputes;
- Partnership disputes;
- Landlord and tenant;
- Enforcement of security;
- Corporate recovery & insolvency.

| Peter also regularly advises and acts for a number of well-established insolvency practitioners in their capacity as liquidators, administrators, LPA receivers or trustees in bankruptcy in order to secure and retain assets for the benefit of creditors. |
Outside of the office, Peter is an avid sports fan, plays 5-a-side football (badly) twice a week and is a season ticket holder at Manchester City FC.
