Rachel Furniss |

| Rachel became a Partner in 2005, having joined Shammah Nicholls in 1998 as a trainee solicitor, and specialises in commercial litigation and employment disputes. |
| Rachel has extensive experience of a wide variety of complex litigation, contractual disputes, company/shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence actions and injunction proceedings, often of high value and requiring a commercial and strategic approach. She is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution and has noted successes in mediations. |
| Rachel also advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular emphasis on professional support for employers and dealing with director and senior executive issues, and works closely with clients to support them on changes in legislation, provide corporate support and representation on contested tribunal claims, at all levels. |
| Rachel lives in The Peak District and enjoys spending quality time with her family in the fresh air! |
