Roger A. Rubin |

| Roger joined Shammah Nicholls in 1994, having worked for several years previously in a major city centre practice. He became a partner in the firm in 1996. Roger is presently head of the Litigation Department. |
| He specialises in all forms of litigation including commercial disputes and arbitration, property related matters, inheritance claims, shareholder disputes and insolvency. Approachable, user-friendly, and always practical and commercial in his advice, Roger acts for owner-managed businesses and high-worth individuals, as well as some larger national and international companies and institutions. |
| Outside of law, Roger, who is married with two young children, enjoys football and swimming, and is addicted to current affairs and news. He is an avid reader and was, until recently, a parent governor at a local primary school. |
