| Stephen joined Shammah Nicholls as a partner in July 2007 having previously worked for two national firms in Manchester and for the Frankfurt office of a City “magic circle” firm. |
| Stephen specialises in corporate finance, advising on corporate acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, AIM listings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and buy-backs. He also has particular expertise in banking work, and has acted for lenders and borrowers on a variety of acquisition, development and asset finance transactions. |
| Stephen acts for a range of clients including listed PLCs, private equity houses, owner-managed businesses and a number of financial institutions. His breadth of experience also extends into the public sector where he has participated in the establishment of PPP projects in the healthcare sector (LIFT projects). |
Most of Stephen’s spare time is taken up with the demands of his young family, but, when time allows, he enjoys getting into the outdoors to indulge his passions of sailing and hill walking.
